The clamp is actually two clamps joined together, you can pivot the two to any degree of angle you want. Just loosen the central screw and reposition the clamps 90 degrees, 45 degrees, or at any angle you want. There is a pair of rubber inserts included so you can get a tight fit on most handlebar sizes.
