While we were assembling our Vespa GTS PORDOI Custom scooter we included the prototype of our thirteen inch PORDOI rear wheel shod with a fat 140 rear tyre. What we could not get used to at this point in the project was the combination of the exhaust and swing-arm as, after all, they obstructed the view of the mighty rear wheel set up. With the single-sided swing-arm from various models in our minds as a continual inspiration, we managed to escape the concept of commonly available exhaust systems and spontaneously repositioned ours to the underside of the scooter.
