JT Sprockets Production is today the largest and most modern production facility for the pinion and crown world, provided, among other things, with the latest generation of CNC manufacturing machines. JT Sprockets manufactures the entire range of sprockets and chain wheels for the aftermarket and original equipment. Each pinion and crown goes through 25 production steps and is then subjected to more than ten individual quality checks to leave production successfully. JT Sprockets produces the right way: for turning, milling and drilling! This is the only way to achieve the highest quality at the lowest tolerances and the best tooth profile. After the subsequent heat remuneration each item is hand checked – thus JT Sprockets sets new quality standards in the motorcycle industry.
