C-One crankcase for MINARELLI 50cc 2-stroke AC/LC MINARELLI 50cc 2-stroke AC/LC without e-start The current horizon tuning of the 50cc automatic engine class has been significantly extended by with the presentation of their brand new ones “C-One engine casings. Tuning work, previously limited by the restrictive dimensions of the original crankcases, is now possible without extra material being added by welding etc. The area surrounding the transfer ports has been more massively designed, the entrance door is also noticeably larger together with the bearing and oil seal seats, the electric-starter opening has been closed and the construction rigidity has been improved by a redesigned crankcase geometry. These are the main differences compared to the original. Furthermore these further modifications can also be found: – The ignition has been modified to be compatible with the internal rotor ignition system, an additional adapter plate is no longer necessary. – ‘out of scale’ compatible kits. – The cylinder inlet bore diameter has been increased to 61mm, making it compatible with the mhr team II, and other big-bore cylinder kits. – The shock absorber assembly has been repositioned and strengthened. – Both disc and drum brake compatible. – Threading engine stud for both original sized cylinders and also cylinder adapter plates. – Pre-drilled vacuum connection. – VL-18 valve barrel assembly including a recalculated gas flowed inlet angle. Crankcase ‘C-One’ Aluminum engine case with weight of 5.25 Kg, distance between crankshaft axis and axle pulley = 270 mm, Engine stud spacing 48 x 48 mm, elbow bearing dimensions = 20x47x14mm, hardened 8.8 steel engine pins (UNI EN 20898/1), PTFE oil driven crankshaft -seal kit, VL-18 reed-valve assembly, X 360 carburettor manifold.
