The TR48 top case is designed and produced 100% in Barcelona and has the capacity for a trail helmet or two helmets (full face + jet). It features a streamlined, integrated structural design and is made of hardened aluminum alloy, a type of aluminum that allows for a slim 1.2mm thickness for maximum strength with minimal weight. Hinges in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Equipped with integrated “TERRA Lock System” locking system (patent pending). This is an industrial grade AISI 304 stainless steel frame that includes the locking system and integrated retractable handle. Designed for quick one-handed use, it allows the user to open and close the suitcase, as well as fix and remove it in seconds.
Maximum protection for your luggage thanks to its internal base in pressed rubber foam, which reduces the movement of the load inside.
Possibility of adding further load thanks to its external hooks in AISI 304 stainless steel.
To install the top case on the motorbike, a specific TOP MASTER fixing kit and a plate are required (not included). Three plate options available: standard plate (D1B591PA), aluminum plate or black aluminum plate (D1BTRPA2).
The key lock bushings are easy to change: in less than 5 minutes you can replace those on the side cases or top case to use a single key. An additional lock bushing for the top case is included in the right case.

The aluminum-coated SH 35 side cases are aerodynamic, rigid and lightweight. Accommodating a jet helmet or a full-face helmet, they have a higher load capacity than most aluminum cases. They are made of 0.8 mm aluminium. thick, reinforced polypropylene, and its structural frame ensures high rigidity and strength with minimal weight, which in turn ensures watertightness.
SH35 is the perfect match for the SH59X expandable top case. Sophisticated, elegant and cutting-edge, in line with the latest suitcases launched by SHAD, they demonstrate SHAD’s strong commitment to designing:

Capacity of a medium-sized helmet. Being a little smaller than SHAD’s other side case model, the SH36 Carbon, there is no absolute certainty that all helmets will fit.

The safety provided by the handle lock system allows for a double lock; On the one hand, it secures the suitcase to the motorcycle and, on the other, it closes the trunk itself. It has a handle so that, once removed, transporting the suitcase is easy and simple.
Like all motorcycle cases, it can be opened and closed with one hand, without using the key to open it. We will only use it when we want to lock it on the bike.
As an essential accessory there is the possibility of incorporating internal bags (X0IB36), which fit perfectly into the side cases. They feature an external zippered pocket for direct glove accessibility and are reinforced with internal foam to protect contents from any press-fit zippers with handles for use with gloves. Includes a strap and a handle for easy transportation, so the inner bag makes it easy to transport items without having to remove the suitcase.
Together with these new and advanced top cases we have developed a new fixing system that is unique on the market: the “3P SYSTEM”. Patented by and characterized by its integrated and lightweight design, it was developed giving priority not only to aesthetics, but taking safety into account.
Integrated design: The fixing is much more integrated into the motorcycle. The typical rectangular frame disappears and is reduced to a single horizontal ??L?? arm on which the three fixing points (3P) of the suitcase rest, hiding the hardware once the suitcases have been removed.
Position: both the volumes of the suitcase and the inclination of the 3P fixing system have been designed to move the weight of the set as much as possible towards the center of gravity of the motorcycle. This gives you more safety and stability when driving under load.
Anchor Flexibility: 3-point anchor offers security and flexibility. This is reflected in a slight wobble of the suitcase. This oscillation allows air to circulate around, avoiding the “anchoring” effect of a flatter and more rigid suitcase. Again, this results in greater safety and stability in motion. ”

The Top Master fixing kit allows you to mount the top case to the motorbike. This is a system designed specifically for each motorcycle model, based on the vehicle’s characteristics. The result is a high quality, comfortable and safe product, easy to assemble and disassemble.
To mount the top case to the motorbike it is necessary to use the plate included in the top case. (Except for TR48/TR37 top cases).
Compatible with all mounting plates and all and TERRA top cases.

Plate made of 5 mm aluminum with high quality finishes, which provide additional scratch resistance and facilitate cleaning of the product. The laser cutting gives the plate an innovative and functional design: better integration with the design of the motorbike and fixing points to carry an additional load when the suitcase is not installed. The grill was designed and produced in Barcelona and is compatible with top cases from the Terra range (TR48, TR37, TR90).

Designed and developed 100% in Barcelona for mounting TERRA side cases on the motorcycle, it is also compatible with SH35 and SH36 side cases. It is a tubular structure in stainless steel with high resistance painting. The 20 mm diameter tubular, the one with the largest circumference on the market, offers maximum stability and resistance, in addition to the reinforcing cross bar, designed to withstand the most extreme conditions.
