These items are very compact, but distinctive none the less due to the involved manufacture of the contrast-cut effect. This procedure requires the component to be first anodised and then have sections removed by precision CNC machining. Three miniature buttons, with well defined tactile feedback, are counter-sunk into the body of the switch, so providing ideal orientation for finger-tip operation. The buttons are water-resistant and robustly designed. Each single connection wire is soldered and moulded in place, making them water-proof and ready for attachment to the scooters wiring loom. The thin wires require a small hole to be drilled into the handlebars for tidy mounting and are 2m long to enable adequate positioning and routing
