29mm Outside diameter Piston diameter hole in fork: 21mm Valve height overall: 16mm The YSS fork valves transform the behavior of the conventional fork giving the rider a controlled feel of better contact with the road. CAD designed and hardened from extremely lightweight 6061 T6 aluminum with 65 Rockwell.
Through an elaborate system of holes in the valve the oil flow in the fork is modified so that the contact with the road and the feedback is much more direct.
The driver thus gains in terms of safety and perceive changes in the road surface.

Application: on. off-road. racing and touring applications.
The fork valves come complete set for the respective fork diameter.
A subsequent fine adjustment can be made by the amount of oil or other viscosity of the oil.
Active principle: The YSS fork valve is inserted between the fork stem and spring. Therefore it is important to know in advance the inside diameter of the immersion tube and the hole in the stem.
Depending on the diameters of the fork valves used, additional oil flow holes must be drilled in the piston. This is detailed in the installation instructions.
Fork valve tuning is possible after installation with minimal effort. pulled oil from the fork and the fork valve are lifted upwards.
Then the screw can be tightened in intervals of 2 turns or loosened with an Allen key.
